anyone know how to turn the damn thing off?

i've tried. it's not a big deal, but i don't always want to have to click on the wheel to see what's playing

I could not agree more. I hate that damn clock feature and I've tried every possible way 2 make it go away with no success, LOL.

googled it. found exactly ONE thread somewhere on the internet addressing it. you can't turn it off.
