That's the realest.

Actually, as of tonight, I'm not really having potato chips.

In moderation and as a rare treat I enjoy the following flavours and brands.

For awhile I switched from baked to fried varieties but made no difference because they contain less fat but the calories and carbs are higher plus all the sugar added in makes them all the more addictive.

I am not a chip fan. This is absolutely ALL I munch on...

El Ranchero...Made with pure corn oil, a little bit of salt and not much else, these corn tortilla chips are the purest you can find and several times more addicting than the salt-drenched slop brands that need to take out multi-million dollar advertisements to tell you how addicting they are.

I like potato chips but I rarely eat them because they´re so fattening. I had this friend who studied at the university to become a nutritionist and she told me that ONE chip has the calories of a big ball of icecream.

Then again, I´m waiting for a nutritionist to come up with the benefits of eating potato chips so I can endulge without feeling bad. lol
There MUST be something positive about them. Once I heard that they´re high in minerals or something.I don´t really want to believe that they´re fattening.

Come on, someone must be able to tell us that they´re not fattening and back it up with scientific facts. Where are the org nutritionists ?

Oh, by the way, my favorite brand are crinkle cut ones but when I eat chips, I eat fat reduced chips.

The yellow bag was unsalted. The green has salt, but still not a lot. That's why I don't like most chips. Way too much sodium.

In a POTATO chip, I prefer Ruffles because they have ridges. And I love to eat them with french onion dip. drool I only do this once a blue moon. Potato chips are not my thing.

I would have to say my favorite chip is Munchies because it has all different kinds of chips to choose from, all in one bag.

And I used to eat the shit out of some Hidden Valley Ranch chips back in the day.
