blech, that makes it soggy. It also comes out crispy if you put the whole thing in the oven or a toaster oven, but when I discovered the pan fry method... cloud9

My other favorite dinner is fried tacos

Fold a few beans, onions, a little yogurt and salsa in a corn tortilla and FRY it in oil. drool

mexican food is just about my favorite
