I don't wear makeup, but the trainer who leads my 'body sculpt' class does. I find it odd. She is really hardcore and powerful. But she also wears a LOT of makeup - foundation, mascara, eyeliner. Even though she sweats a lot, it seems to stay in place. confuse

She might wear all waterproof or set it with waterproof powder like stage folk.

Do you wear make-up? If I have a foundation on, I think about it so much it makes my skin crawl - like I'm aware of the sensation of it sitting there on top of my skin - I'm compelled to go scrub it off. My wedding day I spend wishing it would hurry up so I could go wash my face lol it was such a looooong day dead I feel the same about nail polish boxed That's probably abnormal lurking

that's me too. Me and makeup just don't get along that well. It feels weird wearing it, I'm too lazy and don't care enough. lol

I wouldn't be surprised. She also has a lot of tattoos. An interesting mix of masculine and feminine. I sort of have a crush on her. smile

I'm the same.

I'd never put make up on to go either.

talk to the hand

yeah, it usually ends up happening if i had done some running around earlier that day and ended up at the gym that evening

those were the days lol

maybe i should try and go tomorrow.
sigh

Not to sound like a total teacher pet or something, but I ALWAYS walk around my building at my job for 15 minutes each day. If I don't get to the gym at least I get a little cardio in.

Look at it like this, you hot heifers that don't have to work out to chase away the Star Jones before the surgery if they don't, you still need to keep your heart healthy and some sanity in your mental health. A walk for 15 minutes does that a little for me.

Off my soap box now.

Getting married doesn't mean necessarily self-indulgence.

I don't wear any make up at the gym nor in other circumstances (except when going to a soirée and stuff...)

Nope. I only wear paw paw lip balm and a noncomedogenic day moisturiser when I'm gymming it so won't clog my pores when I build up a sweat.

I cannot wear make up. I'm allergic to all brands from the cheap stuff all the way up to the high end line.

I can only wear one particular brand of lipstick, sheseido brand.

I'll never have to worry about make up running down my face giggle

I got to the gym first thing in the morning now & I certainly don't put makeup on for that! But when I used to hit the gym at night after work, I'd leave on whatever I had on (which always seemed to be worn off by the end of the night anyway). I usually keep it minimal @ work (foundation & lip gloss) but sometimes I wanna be cute & wear mascara/eyeliner/shadow as well.

I go right from work and my makeup is still on. I use the elliptical for 45 mins, sweat like a pig and never had the problem with eye makeup running down my face. That bitch must be using the 99cent makeup on the end rack at CVS.

Mineral makeup usually stays on pretty well but it's a bit heavy for me.

I almost always have on makeup because I normally go during my lunch hour & a half. I already have it on. But my makeup doesn't run even if I sweat, but maybe that becasue it's not cheap makeup.

When you gorgeous lasses take it to the gym after work, school, etc, do you wash your face and the make up off? Or do you sweat with mascara streaming down your face?

I myself cannot work out with make up. I go to the gym to get dirty and get down to business. I have no time for cuteness. In class this evening I asked another woman how her eyeshadow stays in place throughout the work out. She just laughed.

I saw another young lady that had the full face on and by the end of class looked like a worn out cheap whore.

For those that leave the face on, sweat or waterproof makeup or whatever. Why do you leave it on? Are you still trying to look good for the douche bags that work out there? lol

no makeup at the gym...wearing make up to th diry sweaty gym is bad. You are just asking for bad skin.

There are a few girl that go all dressed up, hair did, lipstick perfect...
When my sister and I see them walk in...we always look at each other and say" we be clubin' ".....
Who the hell are you trying to impress at the gym? Please.....
Say it's just a dream...
U open up ur eyes and come 2 realize
u simply imagined this
So u lean over and give her a kiss
Here on earth, here on earth,
with u it's not so bad
Here on earth, here on earth
eye don't feel so sad
Stay right here

It was always in the evening so my makeup for the day was always still on - not because I was trying to impress anyone but because I couldn't be bothered to wash it off before working out.

I do all the horrible things you're not supposed to do when it comes to your skin and my skin is still perfect - even at 35...good genes I guess.
