recommend a good magazine....

i was emotionally blackmailed into getting a subscribtion for a magazine over the phone recently.

nothing really came to mind over the phone when asked which zine i wanted to subscribe to and i wasn't about to sit and have her read through the whole list, so i renewed a subscription i use to get years ago, it's been a delight receiving in the mail again. kind of like hanging out with an old friend again.

i wouldn't mind subscribing to something else, something worldly that seems to have it's pulse on culture and events. it's gotta be classy though.

i'm tempted by a couple of music mags, but i invest so much into things related to music already that i thought i should broaden my scope of things a bit.

suggestions?

ugh. yeah, i don't need anything to inspire me to spend more money. i use to subscribe to men's vouge and that was like a magazine dedicated to advertising. And it was rare to find a good article.

"Genre" is now longer being produced. Try "Out" instead; it has a great complimentary travel issue that comes with it!
