A Good Habit That I Just Started Recently Since the first day of this month (May) I have been walking four miles in the park every day. Now this, for me, is a real accomplishment, since I was never much into exercise anyway. But now it is getting easier, and has become a real habit for me, one that I hope to keep up. I've always wanted to get into shape and to be more active. Now that the nicer weather is here, there is no excuse for me not to exercise. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

That's a habit I should adopt.
I've been tidying up before I go to bed. I make sure all the mail is dealt with and not sitting on my dining room table. I put my shoes away. I fold the blankets I was using. Just little things that will make the weekends cleaning run much smoother. Shake it til ya make it

I'd need to do that myself . I always hated sports, so if i did regulary that it would be some kind of a start. With a very special thank you to Tina: Is hammer already absolute, how much some people verändern...ICH hope is never so I will be! And if, then I hope that I would then have wen in my environment who joins me in the A....

Good luck with getting into shape. Thank you. I don't have a dog. I usually walk alone with my CD walkman, if my mom does not want to walk or is too busy. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

Try jogging the first mile. Trust me, it feels impossible but after about a week or two, it becomes pleasurable. Hell, after a month you could probably jog the entire 4 miles. Good on you
