well, since nobody in the US has died from swine flu, but thousands die each year from regular flu, I certainly hope for your sake that it IS swine flu!

I saw some people in berkeley wearing them too.

I don't mean to make light of sickness, but this thing has been blown way out of proportion. There is a doctor who said recently that since the first case of swine flu in Jan or Feb, 100,000 people have had strokes, and 16,000 of them died.

It makes it rather easy to call in sick to work!

In all seriousness the swine flu IS being blown out of proportion. People die from the "regular" flu all the time. If you are very young or old and/or have serious health problems already then you should be extra vigilant. Otherwise you'll come through it just fine I'm sure.

Each year there are hundreds of new strains of the flu and they're always changing. I wouldn't worry too much.

then I started gettin the sniffles a couple days ago.
It took a turn for the worse around midday all of a sudden
