Over the weekend, I went grocery shopping and one of the items I got was eggs and so I got a bargain pack of 15 eggs, because of trying 2 keep within a budget, and now, about 1/2 hour ago I noticed on the package it said "Caged Hens" and I always make a point of buying Free Range Eggs, now I feel racked with guilt that if I spent a little more I could have had more ethically sound and humane-freindly eggs!!!!

I feel awful now!!!!!

invite your friends round and cook them an omlette then go out and buy yourself some free range eggs! A good friend of mine keeps hens so I get my eggs from her and they are lovely.

seriously tho, you say you always make a point of
buying free range eggs. it was a simple mistakes,
just use the eggs and get free range next time. if
you throw the eggs out the hen will have laid them
for nothing so you might as well eat them.

Just think the fact you feel guilty is a sign of your inherent goodness! Just be careful next time and make a point of buying free range and even better organic ones!
