PrintableI'd get a vaporizer. Sometime the humid air helps with breathing problems.
Or put the shower on super hot and sit in the steam filled air. This helps me. Don't get in though cause you'll burn the crap out of yourself.  **************************************************

 Mustard Plasters work wonders on clearing up chest congrestions , it's 1 part of dry Keens hot mustard, mix with 2 or 3 parts of flour - depends how strong you want it, mix enough water to create a paste, spread this on an old thin cloth, undershirt works good and fold over so it the mixture is on the inside, place some vaseline on your chest (so you don't burn your skin) place the plaster on the part of your chest that aches and leave it on until your skin starts to turn pinkish or you feel like it's too hot. Keep yourself covered - wash, repeat once a day - bedtime is the best. Also, seek a second opinion, - it could also be allergies - did you recently bring in any Christmas tree like items, boughs, wreaths etc? I hope you feel better ... from  to   WHO ME? | |

Well I'm feeling pretty much the same. The thing that really sucks is my son is now getting this damn cold

Put some vick's on the bottom of your feet, then put some socks on...and also put some on your chest. Put some vick's on the bottom of your feet, then put some socks on...and also put some on your chest. Do the same for the little one...it really helped me. OK I'll try that. I'll try anything I'm not sure how well my son will do w/ the vick's. He freaks out when he smells certain things. I just want this to end.
