Miguel is a nice man. I never have to call for an appointment. He knows when I need it so HE calls me to remind me 1 or 2 days before smile

Hairstylist Appreciation Day neutral I had to Google that to believe it

Monique and I went to high school together; we've been friends for years. She was going to be a bridesmaid in the wedding that never happened. (lol)

I only trust her with my hair. It was falling out due to some health problems I was having, and she was instrumental in getting back into shape. sexy

I'll need to stop by her shop and take her a little something this afternoon! batting eyes

Your lies, they cut me.
Now your words don't mean a thing.
I don't give a damn if you ever loved me..."

i hate them all except the one who teaches for Redkin.

I would drive cross country to get my hair cut by him. Confident and precise.

Maybe I was spoiled. sad

I go to a great lady named Kim, I met her through my aunt who babysits her kids. Kim works at a hoity toity frou frou salon here in own, where it would cost an arm and a leg to get it done at. Kim and I have a deal, she cuts my hair either at her home or at my home on her days off, and she brings her kids along, they play with mine. I get the same cut as at the salon, without the full price. bananadance Love ya Kim!!

I am. Have been since 1992. The prince album always reminds me of beauty college. Yet oddly, the D&P video collection and "Gett Off" VHS single reminds me of my first job in the business. I bought those AFTER school.

My barber is always open for business. He's been switching up the shave cream lately, confused and he ran out of razors a few days ago. But, I've been going to him for almost a decade now. thumbs up! Cool guy.

I love that my stylist is all about making me happy. She's a great colorist...and cuts my hair to perfection.

She had a baptism of fire with me. I was in tech week for a show - and my director suddenly decided that my hair should be cut. I couldn't get in to see the woman who was my stylist at the time - so my sister said, "Go see Kelly - she's great and she can probably get you in."

Well, I was pretty much a basket case that week. I was playing my first lead - and suddenly, I had to break in a new stylist, too. (Which is never easy.) But Kelly got me in - and gave me a gorgeous cut. So good that no one recognized me when I walked into my rehearsal after the cut.

She's been doing my hair ever since. cool
We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.
