Then, we'd have these "more intelligent" people breeding, and creating even more intelligent people, and so on.

Unfortunately teller this is what has happened to Black Americans. I'd bet there's not 20 black people in all America who could speak an African language fluently or know any African rituals, as our ancestors were forbidden to indulge in their homeland practices.

I believe this is one reason we black people feel totally disconnected from Africa and America. We're not welcomed here in our adopted country and we have no idea what our history prior to slavery was like. We just out here grasping for straws.

I completely understand, working in the hospital day in and day out... I see all the patients, including the maternity, labor/delivery and postpartum area's. So many being born (at such an alarming rate)...I can't help but wonder what % will actually be nurtured. Teaching...
