Ahhh I heart Australia.

For over a year I had one of the following living in my backyard unaware. I finally figured out what my dog would be barking at on occasion at the pond and shrubs when I had it landscaped.

he's beautiful mushy but, has he a taste for eyeballs? hmm

Tehehe nah irrespective of what peeps say lizards (dragons) are harmless and he was more scared of me then I was of him. In saying that, I wasn't confident in picking him up and taking him back to the creek he was wayyy too big and I was unsure of how to handle him.

I'm still curious as to what happened to my mexican walking fish and eels though... hmmm

LOL yah he's an eastern water dragon. From what I know they eat other reptiles, fruit, vegies and smaller mammals.

That kinda explains the mysterious disappearance of my pets. lol As for keeping him as a pet, water dragons grow too big, he was massive so blue tongue lizards are more suitable.

hmmm. yes it's important to have pets that cannot (and won't want to) eat us when they grow big enough. nod

The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

Lol I've had kangaroos on my property too because I'm close to a National Park which is their feeding ground and I suppose they tend to wander off. Though for that one, I had the council come in and collect them but they did have much frustration in trying to trap them.
