Anyone watching Jay Leno?

There was a clip of a guy getting searched by a cop. The cop grabs on to something in front of the mans waist and asks...."what's this?" The man says that's my Pen.. eek

I couldn't stop laughing. The guy said it so straight faced and the cop just said oh, okay and kept searching the guy.
