we lost my older sister jill a year and a half ago, man, i cant BELIEVE its been that long, i still think of her everyday and i miss her so much... she was my best friend for a very long time...





ok, on a more positive, beautiful note, i have to share some beautiful news that makes me tear up everytime i think about it...


my younger sister has found a way to make a change and help towards finding an answer or a cure and THAT is a beautiful thing and makes me so proud of her!!!

39 miles!!! that still blows my mind everytime i think about it. she will do it in 2 days, sleeping overnight in a tent with someone she doesnt even know! there is noone walking with her that she knows - shes doing this all by herself because its something she feels so strongly about...

shes nearly halfway to her goal, my payment has been sent to her since i dont do plastic spending. i sure dont expect anyone here to contribute, i just wanted to share in her good news and her struggle. however, if you are so moved, when it asks your name, leave it as your name here so i will know who to thank!!!

say a prayer if you would, thats a lot for nikki to do, shes got two small kids and her hands are already full, the training alone is a life changing event for her... but again, its because of everyone who stands up to make a change that a change will eventually come...
