What Did You Think Of Joan And Melissa Rivers Last night on the Apprentice?

Was it UNFAIR what Brandy and Annie did to MELISSA? And did Joan OVER-REACT? Also can you believe CLINT BLACK WON and JESSE was so NASTY to him... JEEZ...

and at first i thought melissa was wearing one UGG boot, until i realized she was wearing some kind of cast or brace or something medical. i kinda wish she had been storming around the offices screaming and stomping around in one ugg, though. lol

i was scared joan rivers' face was going to rip open with all that screaming. who knows what's underneath all that plastic. lava? fire?

Apprentice with Donald Trump is my fave TV show. biggrin

I like that Joan and Melissa are so close but I think they should keep their relationship out when competing.

I think Melissa being aware of the situation should have sat Brandy and Annie down and had them give her equal work and done her share to prove that she is a team player. She did not make the situation work for her. She was complaining a bit too much. Their ads sucked because the brand logo was almost invisible in their displays. I knew they would lose.
Jesse was not behaving like a team player and if their team lost, he would surely be the one going home because his attitude was my way or the highway.
I think if you have a good idea, you can always have your team back you up on it if you pitch it really well to them. I did not like Jesse's attitude.

LOL that was funny.... was that supposed to be an insult? I wonder what Joan would have said if Annie was a hooker?

it's one of those rare moments when reality television becomes performance art, and it's a beautiful thing.

I like Joan, but to say that she and Melissa over-reacted is an understatement on par with "Prince can play a little guitar".

Embarrassing. disbelief

At first, I really liked the Rivers women. They are very smart, hard working and capable. I also love how fiercely protective they are of one another. But, never the less, Melissa was a bit of of a brat who went completely over the top, yet, my only issue was with Joan.

I didn't like how at first she was very friendly with Annie Duke, but then once she got on her bad side, she began spewing such nasty venom. To call her Hitler, trash or something worse than trash. If that's how she really felt about poker players, then why was she so friendly with her in the first place. Why would you befriend someone that you considered to be trash unless you were being fake.

When Hershel left, he and Joan were on good terms...could you imagine the insults that she would have flung at him if they weren't? I can imagine.nod

She also did the same thing on red carpets. Nice to your face, but then would tear you up behind your back when she gave a critique.

So there, in a nutshell, I think that Joan Rivers has the potential to be a cool lady...if you remain on her good side. However, if you're on her bad side, she has the proven potential to be an elitist and possibly racist.

Trust a professional like Joan knows when the camera's are rolling. Reality tv is everything except one thing reality.
