I bought more garlic.
Paid $4.37, would have cost me $38 for all the garlic I bought last night alone.

I now have a total of $70 worth of garlic.

It was 3lbs for $1, I couldn't resist.
Gonna make a bunch of stuff with it and freeze it, should last me a year.

Gilroy is in the same county that I live in. Very close.

I tried the ice cream and it was horrible. It was like spicy hot ice cream. ughh. They're mushrooms sauted in garlic are to die for though.

I live in San Jose, Ca. I'm about 30 miles from Gilroy. The famous Garlic Festival is always during the hottest time of the year. That's why I've only gone once.

One year I was in Gilroy it was 116 degrees. I thought I was gonna die.
