Nappy - over curly hair, usually fine (superfine in most cases) in texture. The most delicate hair, which needs the most TLC.

So people, please stop thinking "bad" or "coarse" when it comes to nappy hair.

If you see a person with a loose curl, don't call it "pretty" hair in comparison to the curlier (nappier) variety, ALL hair is pretty when its properly maintained.

Nappy hair is the most versatile hair, also the hardest to grow long since its so fine it tends to break.

Be proud to be nappy all you beautiful brothas and sistas (and a few of you Jewish people too ).

He actually reminds me of my hairstylist, whom I went to yesterday. He always wears his locs in a ponytail and yesterday I asked him to let them down and when he did I thought I was gonna haveta fuck him in the chair.

He so fine I let him cut all my hair off yesterday. I kept telling him I trusted him, which I do. Shit I thought I'd get some booty out of this emotional event but no such luck.

I'm growing my hair out and I'm loving it!

Right now I got this SPACE AFRO thing going on [that's what I call it] and I love it. It's nappy, it's spikey and it has a Lenny Kravitz, DL Hughley meets Jimi Hendrix look to it. I've been growing my afro since late last summer and it's brownish-reddish and spikey. I wanna do like Jimi Hendrix and tie a headband and strings in my hair. I did it last night with a neon glow necklace [the kind they throw out @ parties and raves] and I think it's awesome.

Also, I can't stop playing with my hair now that I'm growing it! I need to stop it. *_____* It's a habit.
