Because of this thread I actually decided against going out for lunch/dinner, and am actually making one right now! Last night for my women's group I made a Spinach one but had no time to eat any. I had an extra crust left in the fridge, so 5 minutes ago I just threw one together with cheese, herbs, and some prociutto and popped it in the oven! saving the time on going out will help me get by fed-exes done by 6pm

It's in a small pan too, so it'll round out to two large servings and no waste! I'm bummed because it's too chilly to eat it outside, though

I'd be willing to give it another try, I suppose The one I had was homemade at this little healthfood store and it had this gooey wet texture, and no flavor at all If you will, so will I

If so I know I'd love it have you ever had a tortilla tapa from Spain? it's really similar, baked nice and solid till you can cut it like a piece of pie..but the white potatoes they have inside make weigh me down so much I waddle like a duck after I eat it, so I usually boycott tortilla for quiche

What's funny is, my mom made a quiche for Easter (my family and I are not really ham lovers). I made a fruit salad as a side dish, just as you suggested above. It was really a nice, refreshing addition to the quiche. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.
