What's really amazing is what a bad WINNER she is too! She'll come off the court having just won 6-0, 6-1 in like 20 minutes and then say at the press conference how she didn't feel she was playing her best. Just shitting all over her poor opponent.

I don't think this is true at all. When the Williams sisters first hit the scene, they WERE very unpolished and did NOT come across well in interviews.

And they took a lot of heat for it. A LOT.

But they got good advice and became, IMO, gracious winners. They didn't lose very often, but when they did, I never heard them whine or complain.

Same thing with their dad. He was about as obnoxious as they come. But he figured it out, and when was the last time you heard Richard Williams put his foot in his mouth?

Y'all can crack on how the girls look if you want - which is pretty damn immature, no question about it - but I disagree with the statement that the girls are anything but professional.

Duh, I don't know of any athlete worth his or her salt takes losing well.

I never seen the Williams ladies behave in an unsportsmen/women like, they've been fine. Have Serena or Venus been less that forthcoming soon after losing a match that their opponent was the better player,maybe but I haven't witnessed a pattern.

I would agree with some critics, William's sisters may have underachieved but the unique thing about individual sports, you do or die on your own merit. So, what others think these woman should do or didn't do, I don't think they give a damn and nor should they.
