do you think would go best as a tooping for black and blue burgers ?

I like to use good old mango chutney on egg salad sandwiches (with pumpernickel bread and bibb lettuce - sounds weird but it's delicious). I don't think you can go wrong with good ol' mango. Maybe a spicy variety?

Chutney is an underused topping that brings out the flavor of food particularly fish. I like mine spicy and freshly homemade.

It's chunky and loose - jelly is a solid jellish firm substance
