Really? That's funny because nettle (and comfrey) are ones I don't like the taste of so much. I actually quite like yerba mate. Lemon balm's nicer still, and then even nicer than that is the dandelion leaf imho, but of those I still like Rooibos the most. A mix of Rooibos, lemon balm, white tea and dandelion is great!

Catuaba bark is foul. lol It's a mild stimulant. We mix it with Guarana (also foul) and some Rooibos (for taste, though it's futile) to give us a nice kick before we go to swim. The concoction feels borderline deadly though.

I tried to switch to Red Bush rooibos tea when I got pregnant because they told me it is naturally caffeine free. Ewwwww I could not stand the smell of it much less the taste.
I loved Yerba Mate but cannot have it right now. I need to order some Raspberry leaf tea a few weeks before delivering the baby. It is supposed to help get it out.
lol

Yep, it does seem to divide people. My mum only drinks Rooibos these days. It kinda reminds me a little of oolong/blue-green tea. We've actually just run out of Yerba Mate so we'll have to order some. That's supposed to be good for burning calories if combined with guarana, though the problem with that in powder form is that it's barely soluble and tastes awful. Guarana's also not something you want to mess around with because the massive amount of caffeine. Still, a little before going to work out in the morning works a treat and sees you burning a few extra calories when you eat in the hours following. smile I've basically been experimenting with it on Mon. falloff

Right now I have to go and strain the horribly strong tea I made last night. Mon came back plastered from partying and playing with water at Khao San Road so I just threw everything in and let it steep all night. Might be bitter but should be full of antioxidants. smile
