Well, maybe not the worst, drinking tramp's piss would be worse, but you get my drift....

hot tea iced tea is for french people I'm American, but my mother was born in Ireland so I probably don't count. We drink Irish Breakfast with milk and honey. My half Italian, half Puerto Rican stepson is now an Irish Breakfast tea addict! The Normal Whores Club

I drink a couple of litres of tea every day. White tea, green tea, blue tea, herbal stuff (though it's not tea if we're getting picky) like dandelion leaf, nettle, yerba mate, rooibos, comfrey leaf, lemon balm, catuaba bark etc. sometimes by themselves, sometimes mixed together. All loose tea at the moment, though I do quite like white tea with fruit infusions in tea bag form sometimes. I love tea. I'm not American though. As you were.

Since we nearly always drink it cold and in huge quantities, I just put the loose tea straight into a 1.5 litre bottle of water, leave it a while, shake it up a bit, or put it out in the sun for 5-10 minutes, then strain it and put it into an empty bottle. Then it goes into a jug with ice. Yeah, I guess that is quite a lot of mess now I think of it.

I bet yours tastes better. I am going to make sun tea here this summer.

Yerba mate is gross and I don't know what catuaba is. Rooibos I can take or leave. But the others are among my favorites, especially nettle. Very high in nutrients too. The Normal Whores Club

That's funny because nettle (and comfrey) are ones I don't like the taste of so much. I actually quite like yerba mate. Lemon balm's nicer still, and then even nicer than that is the dandelion leaf imho, but of those I still like Rooibos the most. A mix of Rooibos, lemon balm, white tea and dandelion is great! Catuaba bark is foul. It's a mild stimulant. We mix it with Guarana (also foul) and some Rooibos (for taste, though it's futile) to give us a nice kick before we go to swim. The concoction feels borderline deadly though.

Ewwwww I could not stand the smell of it much less the taste. I loved Yerba Mate but cannot have it right now. I need to order some Raspberry leaf tea a few weeks before delivering the baby. It is supposed to help get it out.

I love tea and drink it every morning.
My faves are loose tea leaves in exotic flavors, Earl Grey tea, flavored white tea and sometimes nothing like a good old fashioned English Breakfast tea. I just finished a cup of apricot blossom tea. I don't like red tea or milk in my tea - only honey.

As you probably already know, at least here if you buy tea at a coffee shop, they have milk, honey and other stuff on a side counter so you can put what you want in it.

I guess some ppl that have been born and raised in the UK do not know that most Americans do not add milk to their tea.
