new Pepsi coming this month. seriously. instead of high fructose corn syrup, it's going to be sweetened by actual sugar. that's healthier. hurray!

Hi fructose syriup is some fucked up shitt
but do yall folks inh ihere reayly taste the difference between hi fructoes and real sugar ? I mean for real? the only difference i can taste is when they use that aspartame shit in every product which leaves a bitter aftertaste in yor mouth and shitt STILL increasses insuliun levels so what the fukk ? why use it inthe first place. ? just cuz its cheap. I know that in a lot of Kosher and Mexican ethnic grocery stores, they sell Coke with actual sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. It does taste better than the stuff with corn syrup in it, but it's still bad for you. Having said that, high fructose corn syrup is metabolized differently in the body than sugar. When you have too much sugar, your body will quickly tell you to stop, but with high fructose corn syrup your body's natural sensors are bypassed, and one can overdo it like a drug. I don't recommend that people go out and buy pure sugar-laden soft drinks, but even for soda-holics, one 20-oz soda with sugar will feel like more than enough to satiate one's craving, while a 32 oz. Big Gulp from 7-Eleven with high fructose corn syrup will still leave you wanting more (at least tastewise).
