I'm not joking. (or, for the faMs, "hating") I swear the guy is smaller than me right now, and I'm only a bit more than 100.

dude is also 50! And my guess is he doesn't push the weights. Try putting muscle on after 50, it's MUCH harder.

He wouldn't have to put on muscle if he hadn't lost it in the first place. Dude was never big, but he used to have some muscle. Sometime in the 90's he became a twig and never bounced back.

Liars need to call it what it is. Because that product is not and never will be ice cream. That's iced crap.

It's an issue I feel very passionate about. nod

i agree, there really is no vegan substitute for ice cream that really does the trick...though i wouldn't turn down a tofutti cutie ice cream-less sandwich. drool

The sickest-looking people I know are vegetarians. Skinny, but dark around the eyes, and just a very heroin-addicted look altogether in most cases. I have never known a vegetarian who looked like they were brimming with health. We have a BIOLOGICAL imperative to eat meat. We are NOT cows. Our ancestors hunted AND gathered. If we were meant to eat only vegetables, don't you think it would have made sense for our ancestors to have JUST gathered? You know why they didn't JUST gather? Because humanity is HARDWIRED to hunt down, kill and cook M-E-A-T. And enjoy the hell out of that shit. So-called modern "evolved" men and women can, unlike most other animals, override their own genetic hardwiring, usually causing untold damage to themselves, which then must be hidden as best as possible so that the illusion of "victory over nature" can be maintained and they can continue to feel superior to us lesser meat-eaters. What fucking ever.. I think vegetarians have some real misanthropy going on and rebelling against the normal diet is their way of giving the finger to the world. Vegetarianism in my experience is almost always ideological.

our bodies are actually not designed to eat meat at all. and also not designed to eat many animal products like dairy. they were simply eaten because they were plentiful and fed many. and could be used for more than just food, e.g. the buffalo

with regard to meat. meat eaters have very short intestines, humans intestines are very large in comparison. catalysed by inadequate enzymes and acid in the stomach - meat fails to digest correctly in humans. they have dissected intestines and found up to 7 years of undigested meat fragments and waste in human digestive tracks. because our intestines are so long, undigested meat get's stuck easily. also our teeth are not designed to rip apart meat like other carnivores animals. and this complicates the inability for meat to digest correctly.

i don't see anything wrong with eating purely plant foods. since we are designed to eat such food products. it is important to eat a balanced diet, and sometimes this causes some vegis to look ill. because they don't get enough protein or calcium. but protein and calcium can be found in beans, soya etc...
