Okay so here it is I cook, but I would like to be better and make those foods that leave your mouth watering giggle I have a friend that can make anything and season it correctly (I'm so jealous lol ) I think I'd be better if I left fast foods alone and genuinely made an effort at cooking better. So here's your org chance to tell Nursey all your cooking secrets, post some pics of you in the kitchen lol Whatever floats your boat razz

Not to shit on your party or anything, but injesting crack cocaine will cause gangrene, your guests won't be coming back as their bowels will be rotting and they will be rotting from the inside out. But hey, it's a good way to lose weight razz

MEATLOAF!! drool

So easy to make!

2lb ground meat (Bison, Lamb, Turkey... anything goes)
1 cup finely diced onion
1/2 cup finely diced red bell pepper
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 can tomato sauce
1 egg
1tsp Paprika
1tsp Basil
salt & pepper to taste

Reserve 1/4 of the tomato sauce and mix the rest thoroughly in large bowl, press in to 9X5 loaf pan and bake 45mins. in pre-heated 350deg. oven. Remove and drain fat, put the rest of the sauce on top and sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese. Back into the oven for 10mins until cheese melts. Let rest for 5 mins (important step if you like juicy, flavorful meat!)

You will not need ketchup it's THAT GOOD!

I can't believe I just typed this from memory...

In my family, we only eat chicken or fish...I never cook red meat. On the crazy occasion I will order a steak in a restuarant, but I never will cook my own. My kitchen is a red meat virgin. I usually enjoy stir-fry type dishes. Low in fat, veggies and some chicken or veggies and some shrimp. Throw in onions and garlic, salt and pepper, and you have a good start. Good luck! Trial and error.

This really does give you the basics.

Mach's idea is great. Start out trying a few simple recipes. Get really good at those recipes. Once you start realizing what works and what doesn't, what tastes great together and what doesn't you'll be on your way.
