Converting CD to vinyl? I know everyone's taking their vinyl and putting it on CD, but I want the reverse - does anyone know where I would go if I wanted to have my mp3s converted to vinyl? I want to have my music on wax just because...

That stuff might be a bit costly, if you were planning on etching all of your mp3s onto wax It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

You'd have to have to find someone to do it for you because AFAIK no one makes a "vinyl burner" (or whatever you would call it) for home use.

Well, you wouldn't call it a burner, since you actually have to etch the grooves into the wax But yea, I'm sure most folks don't have machines capable of that just sitting around the house It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

it's an outdated technology, not many sources still have the capabilities to do it, so the few that can can charge what they want. I'm betting there isn't a large demand for the service either, which probably adds to the high cost.
