NEW RADICALS!! anyone?? I bought this CD of the New Radicals out of some cheap bin at a store in town. And I was very pleasantly surprised! I already knew the hit Get What u Give...but this disc has some really cool stuff onit. The guy who wrote everything did some great vocals and arrangements. Some very HIGH shit sometimes, hypnotic but also very classic rock n roll...it was their only cd bcuz they broke up or something. Or was it just a one man project? By the way: if u have chance just check this album out! I really love it!
Anyone know something more about this "band|"? love 2 know some of ur thoughts! Peace lemoncrush78 I got a ticket for the last show of the euro ONA tour!

I got this cd when it came out and it stayed in my player for a month straight. Some of the vocals remind me of early Rolling Stones stuff. The guy who did the album isn't planning to make anymore under that name, He was one of those musicians that hated the fact that he had a "hit" single, and refused to play it when he performed live. Very good CD!!

The singer, Gregg Alexander, after 2 or 3 solo albums has created this band that soon (after a record) splitted up. He is now a talented producer 4 some "artists" like Ronan Keating. But the most interesting thing is that he's a really huge Prince fan; a little funny story of a couple of years ago: while he was waiting 4 the entrance 4 a purple show, he saw P coming around in limousine and immediately started to go insane. He screamed loud and he moved his body as if he was completely drunk... Suddenly he fell in the arms of Madonna (who was there 2). The blonde singer menaced 2 call the policemen but soon after the gates were opened and they have been push inside...

One of my favorite albums of all time. This is the man who wrote the current Santana/Michelle Branch hit, "The Game of Love". ==========================

I love this CD. I bought it a couple years ago and I still play it quite often. Too bad this is the only one The New Radicals made. There is a song on there called "Technicolor Lover" and I have always thought it sounded SO much like a Prince tune. I just knew the lead guy was into him. The rest of the CD reminds me of the Stones.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't he a one man band type of thing doing all the instruments? ==========================

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't he a one man band type of thing doing all the instruments? In the CD credits there are a few musicians. Greg only played keys or guitar...and all vocals. Different musicians on alot of trax. But it was his creation. Very nice to hear some org ppl are listening to this CD. It's good stuff. Now I want my ONA box!! I got a ticket for the last show of the euro ONA tour!
