At least with the NCAA people do remember you...some what. In the NIT, people barely remember you.

Coaching and the school would be the same, for me. The NCAA just brings more glamour. Heck at UConn our NIT title gets respect, but then when people see the 2 titles from the NCAA (Men's) and the 5 from the ladies, they are like, cool!!!

So, NCAA to me.
