I've been getting between 2 and 4 hours of sleep a night for the last week, at least. I feel like a zombie during daylight. I nod off between 9 and 10, up at 10:30. Then I'm up until 4 or 5 am. My body then wakes up at 6 or 7 usually.

This has always been an issue with me, but this round is seriously fucking with me. On top of that, there's plenty personal issues going on. It seems my brain likes to think about them as soon as my head hits the pillow. WTF.

Meds don't work, that's the worse part.

Even the shitty threads don't put me to sleep.

thats shitty...the nites that I'm on call, I sleep like that...half assed at best...and I can tell it's taking a toll on my overall health...anyway, I feel for you bro...hope it gets better

I just seem to worry about money, the household, the future, money, work and the like more than normal. I feel like I have a lot of responsibility to provide for my family. I know I do, but it still feels like I'm failing at that.

Trust, I have tried EVERYTHING you can think of to cure my sleep problems. I've had them since I was a teenager, it's just a curse I think.
