Without reading any of the replies I will say this:

Any woman who does the same job as a man and performs her duty as well as a man deserves the same pay, and she deserves better pay if she is able to do the job better than a man, just as a man deserves better pay if he performs at a higher level. I believe in rewarding performance instead of sex or race.
