Do I have grounds to sue

Wouldn't ya know, I haven't had to shave my legs in the last 14 years, it just didn't grow. Well I had knee surgery in December. Now that all stiches and swelling is gone and all is left is the scar. Well, earlier in the week, I noticed I had strong black hair growning on just the knee area where I had a replacement. WTF Is Up With This Freakiness? Should I Sue shocked mad

When I saw the doctor, he had no medical reason for the sudden hair growth. Its irritating because the new hair growth itches like crazy.

Yeah, technically, you can file a suit over most things. But, like RenHoek said, you can get laughed out of court.

you have a right to sue and thats a constitutional guarantee but wether u have a cause of action is another question entirely. if u have plenty money to throw around i could give u legal advice. just org note and be ready to part with $500 an hour.

It is the point. I never once said "everyone in the US is like that" i simply stated that the "i am owed" mentality that has sprung up in the US has alot to answer for. The US is the most litigious society there is,

Naaa - pass

Thanx anyway though

The generalizations alone are old bored

SOME Americans - like Val and I and many many others would never even think of sueing

It's like saying all your countrymen would sue- and you know some would not

Where did i say that? And the reason you won't take the bet is because you know i am right. Like i said above i never said "all Americans" simply that the litigious nature that has sprung up encourages this kind of thinking rolleyes

I don't see you as too nice - I see you grounded and accepting without need to generalize based on country or colour or sex/age - whatever

you'd be a bitch if you did that wink hug
