I had a fun exchange a few months ago. I was using the public computers at the library (great way to meet people, but difficult to concentrate on anything). This young woman next to me (rather plump and boyish looking, but cute with dark rimmed glasses) asked me if I knew how to turn off the sound on the computer. I didn't, but when I looked over at her screen, she was on a Smiths fan site

I couldn't help myself. I just started babbling how I used to be the biggest Smiths fan ever and they were the only band I ever listened to.

She said, "I'm still that way!"

Then I blushed.

Something similar happened to me when I was on this site in the university library...but unfortunately the guy was a bit annoying and kept singing 'Purple Rain' to me so I just went upstairs to the other computer lab
