No one can enforce monogamy on another and if you wish to accept excuses for lies and cheating then feel free.

I meant enforcing it on yourself, for whatever reason.

I am the last person to accept excuses or lies from anyone, lover or friend. But if a person can't do or doesn't want to be monogamous and they're honest about it with everyone involved, I don't see the problem. Cheating is only cheating if it involves deception and dishonesty. If one's partner is aware of and okay with their extracurricular activities, it's not cheating.

Some people work monogamy just fine because that's how they're inclined. Some people aren't, because that's how they are. The same rules can't apply to everyone.

I agree with you if everyone involved knows that monogamy is not expected then cool. I just dont agree with the "i couldn't help it, it is nature" excuse for cheating

Me neither. But I do feel some people are naturally more inclined toward certain behaviours, and those that know they don't do monogamy well should be honest and upfront about it.
