today i made tom yum soup: i will like to share my recipe with ya'll Welcome to Baroque I am not a chef cooking course.
Tom Yum Soup. Tom yum (Thai: ต้มยำ, IPA: [tôm jɑm], tom yam in the Royal Thai General System of Transcription) is a soup originating from Thailand. It is perhaps one of the most famous dishes in Thai cuisine. It is widely served in neighboring countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, and has been popularized around the world. (credit goes to wikipedia) so here's my version of this soup Instant Tom yum paste(veggie version or with shrimp extract) rice paddy herb. ngoc om boc ha(tarot stem) carrots bok choy veggie fish cut assorted veggies grab some water and boil it once boil put 5 tables spoon of paste add mock fish with veggies. then add herb. viola! your done..enjoy | |
