GetAwayFromMe said: I just barely woke up, but drama is when someone creates a stressful situation out of nothing, then tries to suck other people into it. Overreaction, hysterics, and soap opera like tendencies create drama.

what does drama look like to you in your life your drama = other peoples drama = (?) Drama to me is getting that call at 11 pm that your son was in a crash or the news your man has cancer - or something on that level - What say you all about DRAMA ? is the word drama overused - misused today ? is Drama just something done on stage ... what I guess I view "drama" and traumatic events differently. Drama is having persons in your life that constantly play unnecessary games and create explosive situations that keep everybody around them off kilter in order to get or be the center of all attention, an over exaggeration of petty moments. I avoid such people like a plague, probably to a serious fault cause I've had my fill and get drawn in too easily. Traumatic events are to me simply a part of life, though extremely stressful and challenging, and I wish I could avoid them like the plague but being that they are totally unpredictable then you just learn to deal with them and muddle through the best you can. | |
