FYI CAVE HOUSE IN MISSOURI Is a total piece of CRAP!
A couple of friends of mine and I went to see where it was. The pictures are deceiving and a far cry from 'a beautiful setting' or remote. To get to it you have to drive through a virtual trailer park until you reach a small stone drive that ends in the cave. All the houses are small and have various items strewn around the yards. Rusty cars, artificial limbs, tractor tires, grandma in her casket. The floor to ceiling windows face two small, vinyl clad, townhouse looking homes, with what appears to be 3 section 8 apartments in each. Missouri Cave House = Hell Hole if you ask me. But the good news is that no one paid a million dollars for it. In fact no one was going to buy that piece of crap site but the people who already live in it. Fortunately through all the false hype, some place has decided to give the family a new loan with a lower interest rate on their home. To make a thief, make an owner; to create crime, create laws.

so this guy took out a mortgage for about 170,000 and duped another person into investing all their inheritance into this endeavor..another 170,000.
its the highest priced thing in the area. the rest of the homes cant be worth no more than 60,000 if that. they are virtually trailers, just small prefab trailers that look like houses. To make a thief, make an owner; to create crime, create laws.

I read all that and thought it was supposed to be a theme park, like piss-weak world not an actual property for sale!

its not, the opening is small, the lot is small, it just appears large. blue line not a fun drive. the houses appear large in this areal photo, but they are not. they are super small homes, just to scale what it is you are actually looking at. your at a dead end road. Look different, park in a handi-cap parking spot at the KFC and wake up to the entire town at your door with torches and pitch forks that evening To make a thief, make an owner; to create crime, create laws.

i expected it to be country, if it was even just two or three neighbors or a one stop light town of less than 50 it would be okay To make a thief, make an owner; to create crime, create laws.
