I don't know what's going on on the org lateyl but here's what's going on with me:

There was a HUGE snowstorm here on Thursday. During the worst of it I had an appointment to see my new dermatologist (who freaking ROCKS, btw, and has been named a top doctor in Minnesota). I took the bus but had to walk through it for 4 blocks. I slipped and fell in a snowbank twice along the way. giggle

I have been diagnosed with rosacea, but it's extremely mild and I have lots of options to keep it from getting worse. Turns out, I'm already taking REALLY good care of my skin, just a few more things I can do to help prevent it getting any worse.

They removed 3 moles and a skin tag. I have to go back in a couple of weeks for them to remove 2 moles from my face that will require stitches. EEP! But my doctor said the face heals beautifully and the tiny bit of a scar that may be left behind will be nothing compared to having a bump of a mole on your face. I'm more concerned with having stitches and bandages on my face for a week.

I'm thinking of finally going in to get my braces. I've needed them for years (I have baby tooth that I never lost - it's fused to the jaw bone and the adult tooth finally pushed it's way in behind it a few years ago, so they will pull that tooth and I'll get braces to pull the one behind it into place) but I wanted to quit smoking first, as I just couldn't see being a smoker with braces. neutral

I'm starting running in March.

What's up with you, Moni?

I have a baby tooth still as well. Mine really needs to be taken care of but I have never had the money to do anything about it.
Right now and for a year after the baby is born, I get free dental care. I thought about going to talk to the dentist here just to see what they say. I cannot have anything major done while I am pregnant though.
My baby tooth has a cavity now that is visible and it could cause a problem if it gets worse.
It is weird that the 3 of us still have a baby tooth and we are Gemini's.
hmm

Ok that is weird! Mine is in the front, and you can't really tell when I smile. I never knew it was a baby tooth until a couple of years ago when my dentist mentioned it. lol

eek

It's totally weird!!!

Most people can't tell on me either, until I point it out. My teeth are fairly decent and I can get by without doing anything except I think it could cause problems later on if it stays.

And sounds like things are going well for you, Moni! Dean's list and president's list - that's awesome!!

I don't have room for the adult tooth so I will need braces. I need them on the bottom anyways.
At my age I wonder if it is worth it?

I honestly wouldn't do anything if my adult tooth hadn't come in behind it.

You can't see it at all unless I open my mouth all the way and tilt my head back. (And then I look like a shark or something. neutral )

I always left mine alone even though they told me the adult one is up there. Now it has a HUGE cavity and it is harming the tooth. The dentist said eventually I will need to do something.

I finished veterinary school and passed my licensing exam.

Now I'm waiting to hear about internships.

I've been back home for about a month and I'm loving it. I never thought that I would consider living back in my home state again but now I'm having second thoughts.

All in all, things are well.

Congratulations on making the Dean's and President's Lists. That's awesome!
