Would Prince be against this? Floating Citys!
They are talking about creating floating cities off the coast of California in about 3 years. But they would have new "experimental" governments. The article also says this: "Some of the new political ideas the group is tossing around include legalizing marijuana and making intellectual property communal -- so that everyone would take ownership in art produced on the city at sea." The reason it has to do with Prince is because I am asking if you all think Prince would be down with this idea.
The reason why I am asking that question is because Prince is a defender of intellectual property and rights and this idea claims to want to experiment with SHARING ALL intellectual property. In other words, if Prince lived in this future city and wrote a song, everyone in the city would own the rights to the song. So, the way I proposed the topic, YES it does relate to Prince and NO I don't think it really belongs in PM&M. (However, I'm sure if I did post it in PM&M it would either be moved to GD or it would be locked and I'd immediately get a new ORGNOTE telling me so.) Also, it relates to Prince because they are proposing to have legal marijuana. I asked if Prince would be down with that. He is not into marijuana. | |

I forget the person's name who made my avatar, but she is a genius. She asked me to tell her what I wanted and I said something like a man on a glass under a water fall.. or something random... and within 30 seconds she had this brilliant photo! I was, and am still, amazed by it!
