I sometimes stare because women are beautiful and they often command attention. Trust me, it's not because I want anything sexual from them. And I try not to be obvious.

That said, there is a certain way in which some men look at women with what I think is utter disrespect. Their heads will s.l.o.w.l.y. follow a woman walking past as if she's raw meat... and they do it in such a presentational way that I can only imagine they're performing, in part, for other males. (Because I've never met a woman who appreciates that.) I think that's stupid.
