something from my local paper Police: Woman allegedly stole power meter
A Killeen woman is charged with using a stolen electrical meter to power her home. An Oncor representative detected that (name with held by me) 27, was using a stolen power meter at her home Monday. She was charged with criminal mischief (tampering with utilities). She also had KPD warrants involving possession of marijuana, failure to identify as a fugitive and driving while license invalid. Her bond was set at $25,000.

I could just see her tearing that meter off of the side of somebody else's house, putting it in the back seat of her car, driving home and having man man, the local crackhead who can fix anything, hook it up
I laughed so hard when i saw this article I had to post it.
