My office has a problem with keeping the temperature stable on Friday it was 87 in there and on monday it was 58. I am sensitive to cold and no matter how many motrins I take eventually I end up like this. I can't move. I went to the doc and got heavy meds (hydrocodone, flexiril and valium) but I am still hurting. I will go to a physical therapist next week. But depression is setting in. I hate taking those high powered meds. I am sitting here with a hot pad feeling sorry for myself.
I really need a hug   How awful!!! I hope you feel better soon, hon. That does not sound like fun at all. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |

Ok, seriously, I know how you feel.
After my surgeries I was so emotionally unstable. I felt weak, stupid and awful. I hated that I was in so much pain, and I hated that I seemed unable to just "get over it." And all the medicine seemed to make the mood swings worse.

I am going to work tomorrow hopefully I'll have these emotions in check, I really didn't go today because I am a bawling wreak. Not cool to be crying at work. My daughter was all bent out of shape because she actually had to take the bus to school today  oh the horror

I see now she needs to experience more public transportation in her life . the bus stop is 4 houses away  I am on so much medication there is no way I should be driving.
