She's Not My Favorite Sister.. ..was almost always mean to me as a child,and as an adult,doesn't talk to me much...
especially the last few years..but i just heard from my little sister that they have found tumors on her thyroid,and there's an almost 100% belief by the docs that they are malignant... and as mean as she was, i'm sitting here bawling.. 
if you wish,add prayers below.. for radiation to work since it seems that's how far we've got to go...

i'll update...later thank you... My close friend has cancerous nodules on her thyroid, I have even felt the growth in her neck - she pressed my fingers against it and it feels like a large soft mass. The oncologist says hers is very slow growing but she should book in the surgery as soon as she is ready, but she hasn't done it yet 
I know 2 other people who have had surgery - one a total and one a partial thyroidectomy - and everything is fine for them now. Hopefully the prognosis will be as good for your sister | |

but i believe the prognosis for recovery is very good though!! all positivity and strength to you babe!  She couldn't stop crying 'cause she knew he was gone to stay | |

i haven't heard from her yet..it would be like her to not say anyting til it's done.. ZK..thx.. i looked it up so i could have more info til then.. i really don't know if she's the 'i ain't going to the doctor til i'm dead' type or not,so i don't know how long it's been going on..she called my younger sisterto ask her about family history.. but there's no cancer history for thyroid.. in fact my mom's the only one right now who's taking meds for an underactive thyroid... they just removed a tumor from my stepdad's  bladder,so now we're waiting to see if that's cancerous..usually they aren't

i'll keep y'all posted.. thanks.. stepdad's tumor is cancerous, and there will be more surgery... i'll leave that to fate... he's made his mistakes and i'm trying to be nice... he's going to having surgery for other stuff too...
