Post a picture of someone you imagine an unseen orger might look like There are those Orgers who REFUSE to post their pics -- some even despite repeated pleas that they do so.
I propose that the Org take this into its own collective hands... and post pics of people we imagine heretofore unseen orgers to look like! 
My take on Ace: His personality (and his telling affinity for the latter) gives me a cross between:
