I was going to say I hate the new HUGE screens at the stadium type theaters and go into all that, but nevermind.

if i'm gonna watch a movie and it's not on the big screen at a cinema, i need a couch or a bed, and i need a screen big enough that i can watch from across the room. i have a little mini-dvd player i use sometimes if i know i'm going to be traveling for hours on end, but i never use it otherwise. it just doesn't feel like i'm enjoying the act of watching a movie. it feels all cramped and claustrophobic. movies are big. BIIIIG.

Usually home. I rarely bother with cinema these days. I know its a social thing, but most the time recently, I'd be in the Cimema watching and think to myself: "why am I wasting time here?". Weird but true as I dont think that at home LOL. Perhaps Iam more confortable at home because I can turn off the movie whenever I get bored LOL.

The old Astor theatre in Melbourne is a favorite of mine, they not only show some new films but mostly classics like Lawrence of Arabia, Godfather I & II, Clockwork Orange, Vertigo, Taxi Driver, Scarface etc and films by one of my favorite directors Akira Kurosawa.

Other then that I enjoy movies at home in the theatre rooms on the plasma or LCD with surround sound cranked up!

My TV and speakers are a better viewing experience than any theatre, and it doesn't cost $75 to watch a movie with my family either.

I will rarely go to the theatre to see a movie. Only movies that I am really interested in will get me to venture into that germ pool.

I'm a weirdo that actually follows the plot in porn films that have one so when watching it for the first time, I'll sit through the entire thing to see how the story gets resolved. Crazy, I know.
