Is your car messy?

Mine is usually really good but this winter I've let it get out of hand. Tim Horton cups a plenty.

It really grosses me out when I get into someone's car and their shit is everywhere. ill

My car is like that right now. Not only is it a mess but the back is ripped open and my spare tire is just laying there with a ton of other crap.

It's just been too cold to clean it out.

I'm a total failure at car cleanliness this year. sad

"You feel better when you're driving a clean car."

I saw this motto on a car wash's sign 35 years ago, and it's as true now as it was then.

U open up ur eyes and come 2 realize
u simply imagined this
So u lean over and give her a kiss
Here on earth, here on earth,

Here on earth, here on earth

Bummer! Getting your car broken into gives you such a feeling of violation. I hope they didn't take anything too valuable or not covered by insurance.

It's pretty clean on the inside, less so on the outside. It's just too hard and too cold to keep it washed on a consistent basis. But I can't stand being in filth so I try to keep the inside pretty spiffy.

I have 2 car-thief stories:

1. I caught some guys breaking into my buddy's car when we were returning from a basketball game. I screeched to a halt, jumped out of my car, and the two guys took off running. I chased one and caught him. We got in a fight, he tried to kick me, and I grabbed his foot and spun him around, laughing and taunting him all the while. This happened right in front of a bar, so the whole thing took place in front of about 50 people. He spun out and got away before I could pulverize him or kick him in the nuts. My buddy turned out to be a big pussy who wouldn't help at ALL. I called my wife to tell her what I'd done and that from now on, I wanted to be referred to as "Batman". She said I was an idiot. And she NEVER called me Batman.

2. My wife and I had to catch a 6:00 AM flight, and we'd left our black Suburban in the driveway the night before. No, wait. This story is so bizarre that it deserves its own thread. It involves the paranormal.

My car is mostly clean BUT...

I'm a home teacher, and a college student myself and coincidentally I carry a lot of books with me. I HATE having to haul them in and out of my home, and when I do I always seem to forget something

So my backseat has alot of random textbooks piled up sad
It makes me sad to look back there, but I don't know what to do!
Plus they slide all around while I'm driving! I hate it!
If you will, so will I
