Bad Movies We Love. Showgirls.
Cuz dragqueens all around the world made it into a fest of shout-along-melo-drama. "Push the bitch off the stairs!" "Yeah!"

Streets of Fire
let the rebels begin, let the fires be started we're dancin' for the restless & the brokenhearted... tonight is what it means to be youuung before you know it, it's gone... Corny as all FUCK but I LOVE it!! You can't beat a leading man that can't act, Stoney Jackson heading a group (BWAH HAH HAH), Robert Townsend as a no-dancing backup singer and Willem Dafoe bashing folks in the head w/ a sledgehammer

Santa Claus Conquers the Martians
So bad it's good. 1964 - Santa Claus is kidnapped by Martians so their martian kids can have Christmas, too! It's almost too campy for its own good. I'll have to drag it out this holiday season and watch it alongside The Christmas Story. I mean, like, where is the sun?

Howard the Duck.Damn i love Howard at the moment, that movie bombed at the time, but there's something about it now.I've been reading alot of his old stories lately and looking back at the film, i think they followed the comics pretty much.
also 'Child's Play'.Chucky is truly mental, and i love that shit.

1) Hudson Hawk -- an action-packed romantic comedy with tons of cappucino and songs! Who could ask for more?? Who could fit in more?
2) Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins -- no cappucino or songs, but the action is cool. And, it features some actor made up as an Asian martial arts master. 3) Kung Pao -- All right, I'm getting worried: I'm starting to see a trend... But, there's something to be said about this film's "borrowing" of other material in a new way. Hilarious for that reason alone (and I mean alone).

I'd have to say Howard the Duck. I just love that film, even though I know its not very good I remember watching it at school and have loved it ever since.
Also War Games, which is truly awful - but I just can't help loving it for its "Game Of Thermo-Nuclear War" -----------------------------------------

Waterworld as well.
Everyone I know loved that one so I refuse to judge it as a bad film. The critics wanted rid of Costner so they panned this one even though it was nowhere near as bad as was reviewed. Also, Dude, Where's my Car? That is purile - it has to be laughed at just for being so bad...hehehehe -----------------------------------------

HEY!! Little Shop is NOT a bad movie!!! The music is great, Audrey's delicate talker yet ferocious singer voice kills me & like you said, Steve Martin is the BEST! I just watched that last week on DVD - YES, I have it on DVD!! FEED ME! [This message was edited Tue Dec 3 3:05:02 PST 2002 by CalhounSq]

Talking about MOTHERS
YENTL I mean; what did she think. "Papa, can you hear me?"

YENTL! YACH!!
What are people thinking when they cast Barbra for a part in any movie. Her face is made for wide-screen and it's a nasty thing to look at. and when she starts to talk things get even worse, the moment she starts singing i'm already fighting my way to the exit or the toilet. And she also had the nerve to cover David Bowie's Life on Mars.

For that she must be at least tortured. This calls for a new thread...
