She gets the worst wigs. Don't they get a hair budget on that show? Or does Barbara use it all up. That girl's head is a mess.

Of course they do. Top notch hair artists from A list agencies in Manhattan, an entire crew of them, and there is only one set day rate for each and every one of them, equally. Remember though, these women are talk show personalities. They're not fashion models who are paid to let hair and make-up crew utilize them as canvasses for their own self-expression. Those chicks have their own likes and dislikes for how they want to look and Sherri, unfortunately, goes ga-ga for ugly wigs sometimes.

The stylist gets a little more leeway (I suppose because she has more to work in terms of choices). She's even gotten 66 year old Joy to occasionally rock platform pumps on set...although Joy absolutely refuses to wear any look pulled together for her unless wardrobe inserts shoulder pads
