1. Superstition? I guess I'm a little wary of August 26th every year...
2. I'd take a picture of my brother and I with our dogs Breezy and Gildie. 3. I'll never be able to overcome being obsessive compulsive. 4. Peace? What's that? Hmmm...probably running 5. Most difficult transition to make has been coming here to Utah. My life is completely different.

I get nervous when people talk about how life sucks now that they have children - the superstition being that the child will get taken back.
The one photo would be of my two children, that I combined digitally into one photo. I am overly sensitive, and I really hate it. I feel the most at peace when I lay in a bathtub full of warm fragrant bubbles. The hardest transition was to accept my decision to give custody of my son to this father, only to have him cut off all ties.

1. That one thing where you say something like, "Wow, the dryer is working fine!", when it has been broken prior to saying that. I knock on wood.
2. A picture of my two kids. 3. The insecurity that I have with how I view myself... in pretty much all areas. 4. I have only felt this once and it was the best feeling in the world. I cannot say when/why it happened... but it did. 5. Tearing down my wall. It was difficult but I did it. I don't know if I really overcame it because I won't be taking it down again, except for the area that it has already been removed.

... LaVisHh wellbeyond. I live now though, there was a time where I fought this - to no avail. Then I was blessed with my daughter. So things are much better now.

* If you were to name the one thing you were the most superstitious about, what would it be?
I don't belive in superstitions * If you were stuck alone on a deserted island and could only have one photo with you (a photo you already have in your possession), which one would it be? A photo of my family..I would rip off the end that has my sister's X husband on it though. * If you were to name the one personality flaw you posess that you'll never be able to overcome, which one would it be? I'm always going to be an introvert, I can't help it. * During what one time or activity do you feel the most at peace? When I run. * If you had to name the hardest transition you have had to make in life, what would you say? I think I transition well so I can't really think of one. -Dean is the cheese to my macaroni-

Im not...except in jest If you were stuck alone on a deserted island and could only have one photo with you (a photo you already have in your possession), which one would it be? One of my entire family If you were to name the one personality flaw you posess that you'll never be able to overcome, which one would it be? pride but i do hope to overcome it During what one time or activity do you feel the most at peace? In my sunken tub with 20 candles lit If you had to name the hardest transition you have had to make in life, what would you say? Divorce a few years back .. more so the changes in friends etc. that quite naturally occured with it . As a matter of fact i was stunned at how all areas of my life and idenity changed with that ( all positive just unexpected)

[*] If you were to name the one thing you were the most superstitious about, what would it be?
Obiah/voodou--I pretty much dismiss it but my peeps have told some pretty convincing accounts so at the very least I aint tryna eff with it. [*] If you were stuck alone on a deserted island and could only have one photo with you (a photo you already have in your possession), which one would it be? A picture of me and my sister when I was 3 and she was 6, standing amidst rubble in the projects. Everything around us looked so bleak, but in our faces and our eyes was the Light and Joy of life. We were totally oblivious to anything else, had yet to see the whole world, and was filled with hope and optimism in spite of what we had seen. [*] If you were to name the one personality flaw you posess that you'll never be able to overcome, which one would it be? Procrastination. My utter and totald disrespect of time which stems from perfectionism. I don't care how late it is, it has to be JUST RIGHT before I consider it done. I'm struggling with this though and hope to overcome it. [*] During what one time or activity do you feel the most at peace? Other than sleep? When in prayer or meditation. [*] If you had to name the hardest transition you have had to make in life, what would you say? When I moved to New York and the job that caused me to move here fell through after 6 months. I had to struggle against the urge to go back home in defeat. After a few months of hopelessness, despair, lots of sleep, I picked my azz up and worked like I had never done before to get back on my feet. The worst time of my life preceded a glimpse into the most promising. EDIT THE HARD TRANSITIONS. . If you were to name the one thing you were the most superstitious about, what would it be?
Speaking bad things into existence... If you were stuck alone on a deserted island and could only have one photo with you (a photo you already have in your possession), which one would it be? It would have to be a group photo from the holidays, something w/ everyone in my immediate family in it... If you were to name the one personality flaw you posess that you'll never be able to overcome, which one would it be? Being extreme - @ times I'm extremely judgemental, extremely self doubting, extremely worried... it never turns out to be as bad as I let myself think, but I get caught up in it every time... During what one time or activity do you feel the most at peace? I can be doing absolutely NOTHING as long as it's late at night & the whole world is seemingly sleeping... If you had to name the hardest transition you have had to make in life, what would you say? I lost someone very special, it shifted the way I view life, time, relationships, respect, how I should be loved... it shifted everything. I've pretty much made the transition now but it was incredibly difficult for many years... Nice thread, WB

I don't know what you call it, but when you split posts or other objects when walking with a group. Especially my kids. I've made all of them or myself go back around the post[/] (if someone knows what this is, please let me know) If you were stuck alone on a deserted island and could only have one photo with you (a photo you already have in your possession), which one would it be? [b]probably my children and grandchildren If you were to name the one personality flaw you posess that you'll never be able to overcome, which one would it be? being overly anxious During what one time or activity do you feel the most at peace? listening to music or being by myself. Sometimes there are just to many people around me all the time If you had to name the hardest transition you have had to make in life, what would you say? Becoming a grandmother (twice) to under age teenagers. It still hurts, and I love my grandchildren tremendously. But it's an ongoing struggle each and every day **************************************************
