Admittance :
All pets have to be identified by earmark or microship.

Your dog has to be vaccinated since more than 15 days and less than one year against the following diseases:
Canine distemper, parvovirosis, Rubarth hepatitys, leptospirosis.

Your cat has to be vaccinated since more than 15 days and less than one year against the following diseases:
Typhus fever, coryza, chlamidiosis, leukemia.

Innoculation against rabies isn’t necessary but strongly advised.

Veterinarian certificate and walking kit (lead and collar) is required for each pet upon arrival

1st category dogs aren’t allowed in the kennel

Aggressive dogs, sick dogs or badly injured dogs aren’t allowed in the kennel

Dogs and cats hosted in our kennel have to be treated against fleas and wormed. Should it be otherwise each animal will receive these treatments at the owner fees.

The way we work:
The kennel is open everyday by appointment

Making a reservation is strongly advised as the number of rooms is limited (we can put heat in rooms on extra charge)

You can drop off or collect your pet each day of the week during opening time

The length of the stay is deducted from half-day

Payment terms : a 50% deposit will be required when checking in, as the balance is required when collecting.

For any stay over one month the payment will be required per advance

Pets are fed in the evening (kibbles) unless otherwise stated, they also get unlimited fresh water renewed several times/day.

Dogs are walked 3 times/day, set free in a completely secured space or walked on a leash while room cleaning.

Cats dispose of a secured room where they can relax and play all they want. We visit them several times a day and stay by their side to entertain them.

Our customers are committed to divulge in the contract any risk which can be involved by the animal, especially in emotional and physiological areas.

In case of illness or accident the kennel manager is committed to cure the animal but can’t be held responsible in case of death.

If needed, pets are taken to the kennel appointed vet . In the case the owner will be charged for treatment fees.

In case the total stay cost isn’t paid as the pet is picked up, the kennel is allowed to practice retention law until final payment.

Our customers are required to give us their holiday home address or relatives data is the event of any problem with the animal

For your pet confort you can bring with him his favourites toys as well as his personal bedding, clean and disinfected

In the event of protest or disputation, the case will be transferred to Auch civil court.
