I will fucking kill them. I swear. Today it's worse than ever, they've been actually RUNNING around for hours, in a fucking one bedroom apartment! They've got people over and they've been stomping about for hours now, singing and mixing it in with guitar playing and loud music on the sound system.
I will have them evicted if it's the last thing I do. I will fucking kill them. | |

Such a shame that people can't play by the rules! I went through it a couple of years back with new tenants just above me & it became a nightmare quickly! I went upstairs one day & tried 2 kick the door in so that I could kick his face in, this was after numerous banging on my ceiling for them 2 tone it down some. Sometimes they'd be pricks & bang back as if 2 say F-U. I got even with them after a while which i'll end it there, let's just say they're heating bill tripled that winter! | |

I lived here FIRST! However, Because of their incredible stomping (my living room table was actually vibrating), about 11pm last night my head exploded with the worst migraine attack I've ever had, I lost vision and threw up... I spent the night in the ER, sedated. Enough is fucking enough - they're out TOMORROW either evicted or in body bags. [Edited 3/8/09 17:06pm] | |

There's ALWAYS loud moaning and groaning and yelling and banging. Sometimes it sounds like there's 3 or 4 people involved. I can hear them when they are in the bathroom peeing, so imagine what I can hear when they are screwing. I've banged on the wall and even mentioned it to my landlord...but they are still loud as hell.

It's weird cause I talked to one of my NICE neighbours (ie all the others in the building) who lives with her 3 kids on the ground floor, and she has your problem - sex screams all over the place and it's through her bedroom wall. I'm glad I don't have to live with that at least.
An my news, the landlord has really put the screws on the bitch now, since I saw her they know who to look for and can easily tell she's not the woman on the lease. And... they're QUIET now, they don't have a chance in hell of staying on but they don't realise that yet. They're scared, now  | |
